We already have received so many messages and inspiring guidance through our upper chakras, the crowne, thirde eye and even throat. We need now to let this energy descend throughout our body to our lower chakras. Here we can truly heal and transform the pain and suffering we store in our sacral and root chakras. Grounding ourselves daily too is very important. We don’t need more ideas . We need to utilize what we have been given and have the courage to create our brave new world- now!
Our bodies remember everything! Many of us are triggering our own personal traumas by the world’s events.
