Here is my weekly angel messages newsletter. It is a bit late as I was besides myself with the events happening in our country here in the USA. I prayed and was able to find my focus.

The themes this week are Spiritual Abundance, Spiritual Gifts and Take A Step Back. You’d have to be living under a rock not to have noticed that the energies got really intense this past week.
Note, they may get a little worse before they get better. Just like a physical illness there’s a healing point and catharsis, and we are going through this now. We are in God’s hands so there will be a positive outcome, though it may take time. Adhere to your spiritual practices including monitoring our energy daily (shielding and clearing) with Archangel Michael and with whomever you are already working with. Step up your practices of self care in a way you may have never done. Be present, be aware, pray, meditate and go ahead and take the next right action for you. Transform your anger and and upset into positive actions.
In these stressful times we are being guided to look at the blessings we already have in our lives. Horrible things are happening in the world and to regain our courage, confidence, faith and strength we need to have a place of focus and clarity. That place is within our heart. We have so much to offer the world at this time. We have solutions and answers we may overlook so by stopping and taking a closer examination at our blessings we may find an opening. They may be our past experiences, our talents, our voice- we can make a difference for ourselves and others at this time. And by doing so we keep the focus of love and compassion that is so needed in this world. We have gifts- abilities, and talents, that we can easily hide or diminish instead of seeing that they are the true channel and life line for sharing ourselves with others. There has never been a more important time than now to stay connected with one another…authentically.
My heart felt broken this week with sadness as I witnessed the news and tragedies. I am late with my newsletter as I was totally at a loss of words for a few days. I took a step back and regained my channel to create again. We are guided to take that needed step back from watching too much news and getting attached to the drama. Please be present to the news but if you find yourself hopeless and miserable all the time then step back.
There are great works that can be made made out of this lower energy in the world. What is your channel of self expression? Writing, painting, videos, film, music, cooking, teaching…? We are being challenged to wake up and this time to stay awakened. It is not easy. Stay close to your spiritual practices including energy clearing and shielding daily.
