For the beginning of the week we have a message from Brigit: ‘Don’t Back Down’. “Stand up for what you believe is right.”
For the middle of the week we have ‘Focused Intention’ from Diana.”Keep your unwavering thoughts, feelings, and actions focused on your target, and you will make your mark.”
For the weekend we have ‘Purification’ from Coventina.”It is time for a cleansing detoxification of your mind and body.”
An an additional card from Athena: ‘Inner Wisdom’.
“You know what to do. Trust your inner wisdom, and take appropriate action without delay.”
This week we are guided to stand firm with our beliefs. Take actions that coincide with your values, intentions and commitments in life. With all the changes happening in the world, stay focused and true to yourself. Diana helps us with keeping our focus clear and strong for whatever we are addressing. Coventina assists us in clearing away and releasing all that does not serve us including distractions, negativity, fear and stress. Athena guides us to connect powerfully with our inner wisdom. It is a time of action, focus and rigorous honesty in letting go of anything that is in our way of peace and happiness – for ourself and the world. It is a time of action and of conserving our energy for the positive and transformational goals and experiences we want to achieve.

“Connecting with the Angels – Love and Power”
How to access your authentic power of self love and of taking powerful actions in life. We will do voice and movement work along with healing angel meditations. This workshop is to assist you in opening up areas of your mind, body and spirit that may be blocked by fear. My goal is to support you in finding connection with your voice, physical body and to God and the angels – to more easily manifest your dreams and goals.
I will draw on my experience as a dancer, actor, life coach and angel intuitive to bring new and dynamic information for you to utilize and experience.
Please wear clothes to move and exercise in.
