Weekly Angel Messages for July 25th to 31st.

This week I was guided to use the Indigo Angel oracle cards by Doreen Virtue and Charles Virtue. The Indigos are the highly sensitive yet pro active lightworkers and leaders living at this time that are very concerned about the welfare of the planet and its people. They are assertive and very caring. They require lots of self care to nurturing to empower themselves and their physical and spiritual bodies as they pursue their life purpose.
For the beginning of the week we have the message: Shielding:
You may feel even more sensitive this week and in need of shielding with all that is happening in the world. Remember to call upon Heaven and your angels to protect you from the negative and harsh energy that abounds. Ask Archangel Michael to place his royal blue purple aura around you like a bubble of light. This will keep out unwanted energies so you can maintain your peaceful and focused calm. I recommend Doreen Virtue’s free download ‘Angel Therapy Meditations’ at http://www.angeltherapy.com. This audio download is full of shielding and clearing techniques. Also her audio and book, ‘Chakra Clearing’. You can use many different types of shields, white light, pink, purple, amethyst crystal cave, metal, rubber and even mirrors. You can also layer them depending on your needs. This week remember to place a shield around you as the energies should be intense.
For the middle of the week we have the message: Health. As we see in the photograph the angels are asking us to keep our foods we eat in balance. This will insure your health, happiness and focus. It will be easy to get distracted and eat unhealthily due to anxiety and stress. The angels are with us to support us in staying the course with taking care of ourselves and others. Some may be affected by the extra drama and negativity in the world this week. The more reason to take the time for self care and nurturing yourself. Ask Archangel Raphael to heal you of any health concerns and Archangel Jophiel to clear your mind of negative and worrisome thoughts.
For the end of the week we have the message: Stay. There may be a desire to make drastic changes this week with unpleasant situations. This card asks you to stay the course as there are lessons that need to be completed before you move on. While this may seem like the exact opposite of what you would like to do , please know that the indigo tools and lessons you will acquire by persevering will serve as priceless assets to you later in life. Someday you will see this situation as clearly as the angels do now – and you will know when the time to make a change comes, the signs will be undeniable.
This week the angels guide us to work with them to assist us in being peaceful and healthy in these times of stressful energies. Ask Archangel Michael to shield you with his royal blue purple light. The energies of the world are heightened and can affect our sensitive physical and spiritual bodies. It is also important to maintain a balance of healthful eating. We may have a strong desire to leave certain unpleasant situations. We are guided to stay the course as valuable lessons are being provided for us.
Anchor yourself in the light and love of the angels this week. No need to fear but know you can make yourself a lot more comfortable and not be pulled into all the toxic drama and distractions that are occurring this week. Angel blessings, Barbara
