This week I was guided to use the Angel Therapy Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue. It is a week of being aware of our energy and emotions with support on how to nuture both.
For the beginning of the week we have the message ‘ SHIELD YOURSELF’: Protect yourself from harsh or fear-based energies by envisioning a cocoon of healing light surrounding you.
I shield myself as a daily practice. One of the main reasons I got involved with angels and and angel therapy was because of this powerful technique to balance energy. It is subtle but very powerful and effective. This week you may be particularly sensitive to other peoples energies. By surrounding yourself with cobalt blue light you can protect yourself from absorbing other peoples energies, which can make you feel tired, unfocused, or upset. The idea is similar to using an umbrella to protect you from the rain. It’s an added protection that really makes a difference. It’s as simple as imagining that a bubble or protective light surrounds your entire body. You can ask Archangel Michael to shield you from these lower energies, and you can even “borrow” his shield as a protective buffer. See yourself surrounded by cobalt blue light or one or more of the following colors if you are drawn to them. You can layer them also for added protection. White light next to you for general protection, followed by a second layer of green light for healing, and covered by a third layer of purple light for spiritual protection):
• Blue: For Increased communication and clarity
• Green: Healing, well being and protection of health
• Pink: Shifting your thoughts from negativity to positive
• Purple, Cobalt blue light: Spiritual protection (shielding from psychic attack)
• White : General protection
The shield lasts for about 12 hours, less time in harsh circumstances, so you will want to reapply later in the day.
For the middle of the week we have the message ‘VEGETARIAN/VEGAN’: Fresh organic fruits and vegetables give you a boost of high life-force energy, which elevates your spiritual frequency.
We are asked to honor our bodies by eating high vibration or frequency foods. Eating healthy fruits and vegetables preferably organic makes a difference in your well being and in your ability to be present to manifesting or attracting what you want in or life. Be aware of the chemicals, preservatives and and pesticides in your food and drinks as they lower your vibration. The Law of Attraction has guided you to take in that which matches your spiritual outlook. If you want to shift your level of consciousness and awareness begin with noticing and choosing what you eat and drink. The angels can also assist you creating the means to pay for these changes! You will also notice greater sensitivity to energy and psychic awareness. You can call upon Archangel Raphael to assist you with eliminating any cravings or addictions you may have. He will help you release any attachments to unhealthful substances. By adding more life energy to your body you will experience more happiness and peace.
For the latter part of the week including the weekend the message is ‘BE WILLING TO FORGIVE’: Be willing to forgive: Ask the angels to clear your mind and body of past pain in exchange for peacefulness.
Again we have Archangel Raphael here to assist us with letting go of any residual anger and unforgiveness we may have in our lives. It could be with a person, organization, or situation. We ask to release all stored up anger from our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. We do this in exchange for peace. The angels are trying to help you with the topic of your question by urging you to heal anger related to your past experiences and relationships. This old anger actually blocks you from manifesting that which you desire as it holds a barrier to it. This is not about forgiving the action but of forgiving the person. All that is needed is the willingness to let it go. You simply need to be willing to allow the angels to help you clear away the toxic poison of unforgiveness from your heart and mind. Here we trade pain for peace of mind, more energy and focus.
I was guided to draw an additional card this week and the message is ‘GOD BOX’
Here we are guided to write any worries, concerns or desires on a piece of paper and put into a special container called a “God Box,” as a way of letting go and allowing the Divine to help you. Here we are asked to put them in a box and give them over to the angels. Along with taking your daily actions towards these you can literally put them in a box or even an envelope and know they are witnessed by the angels. With your God Box the angels honor your requests and it is an additional way to assist you fulfilling your dreams, concerns and wishes. In the past I had written down 5 wishes and within a short time they manifested. They were getting married, moving to a new home, changing careers, having a garden in New York City, and having enough money to purchase my vitamins and healthy food. Here we are being guided to honor and know your prayers are heard and can be answered. You can choose and decorate this God Box to your desire!
